This research project focuses on the development of a Business Model Canvas (BMC) tailored specifically for a Social Entrepreneurship Venture. Social entrepreneurship has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential to address social challenges while generating sustainable business solutions. The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management tool that provides a visual framework for designing, assessing, and refining business models. However, existing BMC frameworks primarily cater to traditional for-profit ventures and may not fully capture the unique aspects of social entrepreneurship.
