This research project aims to explore the implementation of a social entrepreneurship initiative to address a specific community need. The study is motivated by the increasing importance of social entrepreneurship in creating sustainable solutions for social issues and improving the well-being of communities. The specific community need targeted in this research will be identified through initial assessments and consultations with community members. The project will involve the development and implementation of a social entrepreneurship initiative tailored to meet the identified need, leveraging innovative business models and strategies. The research will be structured into five main chapters. Chapter one will provide an introduction to the research topic, discuss the background of the study, present the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and define key terms. Chapter two will consist of a comprehensive literature review covering ten key aspects related to social entrepreneurship, community needs assessment, innovative business models, and successful initiatives. Chapter three will detail the research methodology, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations. In chapter four, the findings of the research will be discussed in detail, focusing on the effectiveness of the implemented social entrepreneurship initiative in addressing the identified community need.
