Abstract
The integration of technology in education has been a subject of growing interest in recent years, particularly in the field of Economics education. This research aims to assess the impact of technology integration on student learning in Economics education. The study will investigate how the use of technology tools, such as online resources, simulations, and interactive platforms, influences student engagement, understanding, and performance in Economics courses. The research will be conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of student performance data with qualitative feedback from both students and educators. A sample of Economics students from different educational institutions will be selected to participate in the study, with data collected through surveys, interviews, and academic assessments. Chapter 1 of the research will provide an introduction to the study, background information on the topic, a problem statement, research objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the study, and definition of key terms. Chapter 2 will present a comprehensive review of the existing literature on technology integration in Economics education, focusing on key concepts, theories, and previous research findings. Chapter 3 will detail the research methodology, including the research design, sampling strategy, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. The chapter will also discuss ethical considerations and potential limitations of the research methodology. In Chapter 4, the research findings will be presented and discussed in detail, addressing the impact of technology integration on student learning outcomes in Economics education. The chapter will explore the relationship between technology use and student engagement, understanding of economic concepts, and academic performance. Finally, Chapter 5 will provide a conclusion and summary of the research findings, highlighting key insights, implications for practice, and recommendations for future research. The study aims to contribute to the existing body of knowledge on technology integration in Economics education and provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers interested in enhancing student learning experiences through the effective use of technology tools.
