Abstract
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has emerged as a significant driver of economic growth in developing countries. This research study aims to investigate the impact of FDI on economic growth in developing countries, focusing on the various channels through which FDI affects economic development. The study explores the theoretical framework underpinning the relationship between FDI and economic growth, highlighting the key factors that determine the effectiveness of FDI in promoting economic growth. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive review of existing literature on FDI and economic growth in developing countries. By analyzing data from various sources and employing econometric techniques, the study aims to provide empirical evidence on the impact of FDI on economic growth in a sample of developing countries. The research methodology also involves identifying the key determinants that influence the relationship between FDI and economic growth, such as institutional quality, human capital, and technological spillovers. The findings from this study are expected to contribute to the existing body of knowledge on the role of FDI in driving economic growth in developing countries.
