Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been a significant driver of economic growth in developing countries. This research aims to analyze the impact of FDI on economic growth in developing countries, focusing on the various factors influencing this relationship. The study utilizes a quantitative research approach, employing regression analysis to examine the relationship between FDI inflows and economic growth indicators in a sample of developing countries over a specific time period. Chapter One provides the introduction to the research, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of terms. The chapter sets the stage for the research by highlighting the importance of understanding how FDI affects economic growth in developing countries. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key themes related to FDI and economic growth in developing countries. The review synthesizes existing research and theoretical frameworks to provide a solid foundation for the research study.
