This research aims to analyze the impact of cooperative governance structure on financial performance in agricultural cooperatives. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative financial data analysis with qualitative assessments of governance practices. The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to explore existing theories and empirical evidence on cooperative governance and financial performance. This review will highlight key factors that affect financial performance, such as member participation, leadership quality, decision-making processes, and transparency.
