This research study focuses on the implementation of sustainable supply chain management practices within small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Sustainable supply chain management has gained significant attention in recent years as organizations strive to balance economic efficiency, environmental responsibility, and social equity in their operations. SMEs play a crucial role in the global economy, and their adoption of sustainable practices is essential for achieving overall sustainability goals. The primary objective of this research is to investigate the challenges and opportunities faced by SMEs in implementing sustainable supply chain management practices. The study will explore the current state of sustainable supply chain management in SMEs, identify key factors influencing their adoption of sustainability initiatives, and provide recommendations for enhancing their sustainability performance.
