This research project aims to investigate the implementation of sustainable supply chain practices in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with a focus on enhancing environmental and social responsibility while maintaining economic viability. The study is motivated by the growing awareness of the importance of sustainability in business operations and the increasing pressure on organizations to adopt sustainable practices throughout their supply chains. The research begins with a comprehensive review of existing literature on sustainable supply chain management, highlighting the challenges and opportunities faced by SMEs in integrating sustainability into their operations. By examining various theoretical frameworks and empirical studies, the study provides a solid foundation for understanding the key concepts and principles of sustainable supply chain practices. In the research methodology chapter, a mixed-method approach is adopted to collect and analyze data from a sample of SMEs operating in different industries.
