This research project aims to assess the effectiveness of multimedia presentations in teaching genetics concepts to high school biology students. The study will compare the learning outcomes of students who receive genetics instruction through traditional lectures with those who receive instruction through multimedia presentations. The research will employ a quasi-experimental design, with one group receiving traditional lectures and the other group receiving multimedia presentations. Pre- and post-tests will be administered to measure students' knowledge and understanding of genetics concepts. The findings of this study will provide insights into the potential benefits of multimedia presentations in enhancing genetics education and inform instructional practices in biology classrooms
