This research explores the potential of transforming abandoned industrial structures into functional spaces that cater to diverse community needs while promoting sustainability. The study delves into the background of industrial architecture, highlighting the historical significance and architectural features of such buildings. It identifies the problem of urban decay resulting from the neglect of industrial sites and aims to address this issue through adaptive reuse strategies. The objectives of this research are to investigate the benefits of adaptive reuse in terms of economic, environmental, and social sustainability. By examining successful case studies of industrial building transformations, the study aims to identify key factors that contribute to the successful implementation of adaptive reuse projects. The limitations of the study include the focus on a specific geographical area and the availability of data on existing adaptive reuse projects. The scope of this research encompasses a thorough analysis of the process involved in repurposing industrial buildings, including site evaluation, design considerations, regulatory challenges, and stakeholder engagement.
