Project Abstract

Urbanization is one of the defining trends of the 21st century, with more than half of the world's population now living in cities. As urban centers continue to grow, the need for sustainable and livable urban design has become increasingly critical. This project aims to develop a comprehensive framework for sustainable urban design that enhances the quality of life for city dwellers while also addressing the environmental and social challenges that come with rapid urbanization. The importance of this project cannot be overstated. As cities expand, they often face a range of issues, including pollution, traffic congestion, limited green spaces, and inadequate infrastructure. The project will also prioritize the importance of green infrastructure, such as parks, urban forests, and green roofs.
