A Comprehensive Approach The world's population is increasingly concentrated in urban areas, with more than half of the global population residing in cities. This rapid urbanization has brought about a myriad of challenges, from the strain on infrastructure and resources to the degradation of the environment and the diminishing quality of life for urban residents. In response to these pressing issues, this project aims to develop a comprehensive framework for sustainable urban planning that prioritizes the creation of livable cities. At the core of this project is the recognition that sustainable urban development is not merely about implementing isolated "green" initiatives, but rather a holistic approach that integrates social, economic, and environmental considerations. By taking a multidisciplinary perspective, the project seeks to address the complex, interconnected challenges faced by modern cities and propose innovative solutions that can foster more livable, resilient, and equitable urban environments. The project begins by conducting a thorough analysis of the current state of urban planning practices, identifying the common pitfalls and shortcomings that have led to the emergence of unsustainable and uninhabitable cities.
