This research project investigates the impact of archaeological sites on tourism development, focusing on a specific case study. The study aims to explore how archaeological sites can influence tourism growth and sustainability, ultimately contributing to the economic and cultural development of a region. Through a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between archaeological heritage and tourism activities, this research seeks to provide insights into the potential benefits and challenges associated with leveraging historical sites for tourism purposes. The project begins with an introduction that outlines the background of the study, presents the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and structure of the research. Chapter two consists of a detailed literature review that covers ten key aspects related to the intersection of archaeological sites and tourism development. These include the historical significance of archaeological sites, the impact of tourism on cultural heritage preservation, sustainable tourism practices, visitor management strategies, and community engagement in heritage tourism. Chapter three focuses on the research methodology, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations of the study.
