Project Abstract

<p> Traditional methods of manufacturing prosthetics are often time-consuming, expensive, and limited in customization. This project aims to explore the potential of 3D printing technology in prosthetics manufacturing. The project will involve designing and fabricating 3D-printed prosthetic prototypes, evaluating their functionality, durability, and comfort, and comparing them with conventionally manufactured prosthetics. The research will also assess the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of using 3D printing for mass production of prosthetics, considering factors such as material selection, design optimization, and regulatory requirements. The findings will contribute to the advancement of prosthetics manufacturing techniques and improve accessibility to affordable and personalized prosthetic devices. <br></p>
