Abstract
This research project aims to investigate the effects of various feeding strategies on the growth and performance of broiler chickens. The poultry industry plays a crucial role in meeting the ever-increasing demand for animal protein globally, with broiler chickens being one of the most commonly consumed sources. The study focuses on exploring how different feeding strategies impact the growth rate, feed conversion efficiency, and overall performance of broiler chickens. The research methodology involves conducting a comparative analysis of three distinct feeding strategies conventional commercial feed, organic feed, and a balanced diet supplemented with probiotics. A total of 300 broiler chickens will be randomly assigned to three treatment groups, with each group receiving one of the specific feeding strategies. The birds will be monitored closely over a 12-week period to assess key performance indicators such as body weight gain, feed intake, and feed conversion ratio. The literature review provides a comprehensive analysis of previous studies related to poultry nutrition, feed formulations, and the impact of different feeding strategies on broiler performance. Key findings from existing research highlight the importance of balanced nutrition in maximizing growth and minimizing production costs in poultry farming. The results of this study are expected to contribute valuable insights to the poultry industry by identifying the most effective feeding strategy for optimizing the growth and performance of broiler chickens. Additionally, the research findings will help farmers make informed decisions regarding feed selection and management practices to enhance the overall efficiency and profitability of broiler production systems.
