The feeding regime adopted for broiler chickens greatly influences their growth performance, which ultimately impacts their economic viability and welfare. This study aimed to investigate the effects of different feeding regimes on the growth performance of broiler chickens. The research utilized a randomized controlled trial design, with three feeding regimes a conventional commercial diet, an organic diet, and a custom-formulated diet based on locally available ingredients. Chapter One provides the introduction to the study, including the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of terms. Chapter Two comprises a comprehensive literature review covering ten key areas related to broiler chicken nutrition and growth performance.
