Abstract
The aim of this research project was to investigate the effects of different feeding strategies on growth performance and nutrient utilization in broiler chickens. The study was conducted over a period of 12 weeks, during which various feeding strategies were implemented and their impact on the growth performance and nutrient utilization of broiler chickens was evaluated. A total of 200 broiler chickens were divided into four groups, each receiving a different feeding regimen a control group fed a standard commercial diet, a group receiving an organic diet, a group receiving a high-protein diet, and a group receiving a low-protein diet. Chapter one of the research project provides an introduction to the topic, outlining the background of the study, the problem statement, objectives of the study, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of terms. Chapter two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key studies related to feeding strategies and their effects on broiler chicken growth performance and nutrient utilization. Chapter three details the research methodology, including the experimental design, sample collection and analysis methods, as well as statistical analysis techniques employed. The chapter also discusses the ethical considerations and limitations of the study, ensuring the validity and reliability of the results obtained. Chapter four presents the findings of the study, with a detailed discussion of the effects of different feeding strategies on the growth performance and nutrient utilization of broiler chickens. The results indicate significant differences in growth performance metrics such as body weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and nutrient utilization efficiency among the various feeding groups.
