The poultry industry plays a crucial role in meeting the global demand for high-quality protein sources. Broiler chickens are one of the main contributors to this industry, and optimizing their growth performance and nutrient utilization is essential for sustainable production. This research project aims to assess the impact of different dietary supplements on these key aspects in broiler chickens. The study will investigate the effects of various supplements, such as probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes, and organic acids, on growth performance parameters including body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, and nutrient utilization efficiency. Chapter one provides an introduction to the research, highlighting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of terms. Chapter two comprises a comprehensive literature review covering ten key items related to the impact of dietary supplements on broiler chicken growth and nutrient utilization. This literature review will provide a theoretical framework and context for the current study. Chapter three outlines the research methodology, detailing the experimental design, sample collection, dietary treatments, data collection methods, statistical analysis, and ethical considerations. The methodology will ensure the scientific rigor and reliability of the study findings. Chapter four presents the detailed discussion of findings, including the effects of different dietary supplements on growth performance parameters and nutrient utilization in broiler chickens.
