Abstract
The poultry industry plays a crucial role in meeting the increasing demand for high-quality protein sources worldwide. In this study, the effects of different feeding strategies on the growth performance of broiler chickens were investigated. The primary objective was to compare the growth performance of broiler chickens fed with different feeding strategies, including conventional feed, organic feed, and genetically modified feed. The study also aimed to evaluate the impact of these feeding strategies on feed conversion ratio, body weight gain, and overall health status of the broiler chickens. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to provide a theoretical framework for the study. The review highlighted the importance of nutrition in poultry production and the potential effects of different feeding strategies on broiler chicken growth performance. The research methodology involved a randomized controlled trial in which three groups of broiler chickens were fed with different feeding strategies for a specified period. The growth performance parameters, including feed intake, body weight gain, and feed conversion ratio, were measured and compared among the groups. Additionally, blood samples were collected to assess the health status of the broiler chickens. The results of the study revealed significant differences in growth performance among the broiler chickens fed with different feeding strategies. Broiler chickens fed with organic feed demonstrated superior growth performance compared to those fed with conventional feed and genetically modified feed. The organic feed group exhibited higher body weight gain, lower feed conversion ratio, and better overall health status. The findings of this study have important implications for the poultry industry, highlighting the potential benefits of organic feed in improving the growth performance and health of broiler chickens. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge on poultry nutrition and provides valuable insights for poultry producers and researchers seeking to optimize feeding strategies for broiler chickens. In conclusion, the study demonstrated that different feeding strategies have a significant impact on the growth performance of broiler chickens. Organic feed emerged as a promising alternative to conventional and genetically modified feed in promoting optimal growth and health outcomes in broiler chickens. Further research is warranted to explore the long-term effects of different feeding strategies on broiler chicken production and to identify optimal feeding practices for sustainable poultry production.
