Abstract
This research study aims to investigate the impact of exercise on bone density in elderly adults through a comparative analysis. The global population is aging rapidly, leading to an increased prevalence of osteoporosis and related bone health issues among the elderly. Maintaining healthy bone density is crucial for reducing the risk of fractures and improving overall quality of life in this demographic group. Exercise has long been recognized as a key factor in promoting bone health, but the specific effects of different types and intensities of exercise on bone density in elderly adults remain to be fully understood. The research will be conducted using a comparative study design, comparing the bone density measurements of two groups of elderly adults one group participating in a structured exercise program and another group leading a sedentary lifestyle.
