Abstract
This research project aims to investigate the impact of exercise on musculoskeletal health in elderly individuals. The global population is aging rapidly, leading to an increased prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among the elderly. Maintaining musculoskeletal health is crucial for the overall well-being and quality of life of elderly individuals. However, the role of exercise in promoting musculoskeletal health in this population remains underexplored. This study seeks to fill this gap by examining the effects of different types of exercise interventions on musculoskeletal health parameters in elderly individuals.
