Project Abstract

Abstract
This research project aims to investigate the effects of exercise on muscle structure and function in elderly adults. The aging process is often associated with a decline in muscle mass and strength, leading to decreased physical function and increased risk of falls and other health complications. Regular exercise has been shown to have numerous benefits for individuals of all ages, including improvements in muscle strength, endurance, and overall physical function. However, the specific effects of exercise on muscle structure and function in elderly adults are not fully understood.
