This research project focuses on exploring the potential of mobile technology in enhancing agricultural extension services to address these information gaps and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural practices. Chapter One introduces the research by providing an overview of the background of the study, highlighting the significance of the research topic. The problem statement identifies the existing challenges in traditional agricultural extension services, emphasizing the need for innovative solutions.
