This research project explores the utilization of mobile technology for delivering agricultural extension services in rural communities. The research aims to address the challenges faced by rural communities in accessing timely and relevant agricultural information and support services. The first chapter provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of key terms. The second chapter presents a comprehensive literature review that discusses ten key themes related to mobile technology, agricultural extension services, rural development, communication technologies, and adoption factors.
