This research study aims to assess the effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools in enhancing agricultural extension services. The integration of ICT tools in agricultural extension services has the potential to revolutionize the way information is disseminated, training is provided, and communication is facilitated among farmers and extension agents. This study will focus on evaluating the impact of various ICT tools such as mobile applications, web platforms, and interactive voice response systems on improving agricultural extension services. The research will be conducted through a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with farmers, extension agents, and other stakeholders involved in agricultural extension services. The data collected will be analyzed to determine the level of effectiveness of different ICT tools in enhancing communication, knowledge sharing, and access to agricultural information.
