The research begins with an introduction that highlights the significance of the study and presents the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, and structure of the research. A comprehensive literature review in Chapter Two examines existing studies on the use of ICT in agricultural extension services, providing insights into the benefits and challenges associated with ICT adoption in this context.
