The study investigates the benefits, challenges, and opportunities associated with the adoption of mobile technology in agricultural extension services, with a specific emphasis on its application in remote and underserved rural areas. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research, highlighting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and structure of the research.
