The study will focus on investigating the current practices, challenges, and opportunities associated with the adoption of ICTs in agricultural extension services, with a specific emphasis on how these technologies can be leveraged to improve farmer knowledge and skills. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definitions of key terms. The literature review in Chapter Two examines existing studies and publications related to ICTs in agricultural extension services, highlighting key findings, trends, and gaps in the literature.
