Abstract
This research study aims to evaluate the impact of mobile technology on agricultural extension services in rural communities. The integration of mobile technology into agricultural extension services has the potential to revolutionize the way information is disseminated to farmers, enhance agricultural productivity, and improve livelihoods in rural areas. The research will focus on assessing the effectiveness of mobile technology in reaching and engaging with farmers, as well as its influence on their knowledge, practices, and decision-making processes. The study will begin with a comprehensive review of existing literature on the use of mobile technology in agricultural extension services, highlighting its benefits and challenges. The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions with farmers, agricultural extension workers, and relevant stakeholders in rural communities. Data collected will be analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods to provide a holistic understanding of the impact of mobile technology on agricultural extension services.
