This research study investigates the impact of mobile technology on agricultural extension services in rural communities. The agricultural sector plays a crucial role in the economic development of many countries, particularly in rural areas where farming is the primary source of livelihood. Agricultural extension services are essential in providing farmers with the necessary information, training, and resources to improve their agricultural practices and productivity. With the rapid advancement of mobile technology, there is a growing interest in exploring how mobile devices and applications can enhance agricultural extension services and benefit rural communities. The study begins by providing an introduction to the research topic, highlighting the importance of agricultural extension services in rural development. The background of the study discusses the existing literature on the use of mobile technology in agriculture and extension services, emphasizing the potential benefits and challenges. The problem statement identifies the gaps in the current research and the need to assess the impact of mobile technology on agricultural extension services in rural communities.
