<p> This paper explores the importance of farm mechanization and farm equipment maintenance in agricultural extension programs. It highlights the benefits of mechanization in improving agricultural productivity, reducing labor requirements, and enhancing overall efficiency. The paper also emphasizes the significance of proper maintenance practices to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of farm equipment. It discusses various aspects of farm mechanization, including the selection of appropriate machinery, training farmers in equipment operation, and implementing maintenance strategies.
