Climate change is a pressing global issue that is having profound impacts on agricultural systems worldwide, particularly in developing countries where the majority of the population relies on agriculture for their livelihoods. This research project aims to analyze the impact of climate change on crop yields and farmer income in developing countries, with a specific focus on a case study area. The study will investigate how changing climatic conditions, such as temperature increases, changing precipitation patterns, and extreme weather events, are affecting crop production and subsequently influencing the income of farmers. The research will begin with a comprehensive review of existing literature on the relationship between climate change and agriculture, focusing on studies that have examined the impact of climate change on crop yields and farmer income in developing countries. This literature review will provide a theoretical framework for the study and help to identify gaps in the current knowledge that the research aims to address. The methodology chapter will outline the research design, data collection methods, and analytical techniques that will be employed in the study. Data will be collected through field surveys, interviews with farmers, and analysis of historical climate data.
