Project Abstract

This project aims to explore and implement sustainable practices within the agricultural value chain, addressing the critical challenges faced by the sector and its impact on the environment, economy, and social well-being. The agricultural industry plays a pivotal role in ensuring global food security, but its current practices often result in unsustainable resource consumption, environmental degradation, and social inequalities. By focusing on sustainable value chain management, this project seeks to develop and deploy innovative solutions that can transform the way agricultural products are produced, processed, distributed, and consumed. The project begins by conducting a comprehensive assessment of the existing agricultural value chain, identifying the key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
