This research aims to explore the impact of technology integration on adult learning and skill development in continuing education programs. The study will investigate how the integration of technology tools and resources influences the learning outcomes and skill development of adult learners in various educational settings. The research will begin with a comprehensive review of the existing literature on technology integration in adult education, focusing on the benefits and challenges associated with incorporating technology into teaching and learning practices. The literature review will also examine the theoretical frameworks and models that underpin technology integration in adult education, providing a theoretical foundation for the study. The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from adult learners enrolled in continuing education programs. The survey will assess the perceptions of adult learners towards technology integration, while the interviews will delve deeper into the experiences and challenges faced by learners when utilizing technology tools in their learning process.
