This research project explores the implementation of mobile learning platforms for adult education, with a specific focus on enhancing accessibility and engagement among adult learners. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of utilizing mobile technologies in adult education settings to improve learning outcomes and increase learner motivation. Chapter One of the research provides an introduction to the study, highlighting the background of the research, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review comprising ten key themes related to mobile learning platforms, adult education, accessibility, and engagement. The review synthesizes existing research and theories to provide a solid foundation for the study. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, detailing the research design, participants, data collection methods, data analysis techniques, ethical considerations, and limitations. The methodology section aims to ensure the rigor and validity of the study findings. Chapter Four presents the findings of the research, discussing seven key themes identified through data analysis. The chapter provides an in-depth analysis of how mobile learning platforms can enhance accessibility and engagement in adult education.
