This research study aims to investigate the impact of technology integration on adult learning within continuing education programs. As technology continues to advance rapidly, its integration into educational settings has become a key focus for enhancing learning outcomes and engaging adult learners. The study will delve into how various forms of technology, such as online platforms, multimedia resources, and interactive tools, are being utilized in continuing education programs to facilitate adult learning. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, research objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definitions of key terms. The introduction sets the stage for understanding the importance of technology integration in adult education and the need to explore its effects on learning outcomes. Chapter 2 presents a comprehensive literature review, examining existing research on technology integration in adult education and its impact on learning. The literature review will cover ten key areas, including the benefits of technology in adult learning, challenges and barriers to technology integration, best practices for technology implementation, and current trends in technology-enhanced education for adult learners.
