Abstract
The integration of technology in education has become increasingly prevalent in recent years, offering new possibilities and challenges for adult education programs. This research focuses on the implementation of technology-assisted learning in adult education programs, aiming to explore the benefits, drawbacks, and best practices associated with this approach. The study investigates how technology can enhance teaching and learning experiences for adult learners, ultimately improving their access to educational resources and opportunities. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, including background information, the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key items related to technology-assisted learning in adult education programs. This section examines existing research, theories, and practices to provide a solid foundation for the study. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, detailing the research design, participants, data collection methods, data analysis techniques, ethical considerations, limitations, and validity measures. This chapter aims to provide transparency and rigor in the research process to ensure the reliability and validity of the findings. Chapter Four presents a detailed discussion of the research findings, exploring seven key items related to the implementation of technology-assisted learning in adult education programs. The findings highlight the advantages of technology integration, such as increased engagement, flexibility, personalized learning experiences, and access to a wide range of resources. However, challenges such as digital literacy barriers, technical issues, and unequal access to technology are also discussed. The chapter concludes with recommendations for overcoming these challenges and optimizing the benefits of technology-assisted learning in adult education programs. Finally, Chapter Five offers a conclusion and summary of the project research, highlighting key findings, implications for practice, recommendations for future research, and concluding remarks. The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on technology-assisted learning in adult education programs, providing valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders in the field. Ultimately, this study aims to support the continuous improvement and innovation of adult education practices through the effective integration of technology.
