Project Abstract

<p><br>As the nature of work evolves rapidly with technological changes, there is an increasing need for continuous skills upgrading and lifelong learning. This project aims to study the role played by employers in supporting the adult education and training needs of their employees. It will examine different models of employer support through tuition reimbursement programs, paid educational leave, on-site training programs, partnerships with educational institutions, and more. The impact of employer support on employee motivation, retention, productivity and career advancement will also be analyzed based on literature review and case studies. Overall, the study seeks to demonstrate how investing in the adult education of employees leads to mutual benefits for both organizations and individuals in the current dynamic business environment.<br><br><br></p>
