Project Abstract

<p>Intergenerational learning refers to the exchange of knowledge, skills, and experiences between different generations. This research project aims to investigate the role of adult education in promoting intergenerational learning and its impact on individuals and communities.<br><br>The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine the conceptual framework of intergenerational learning in adult education. It will analyze existing adult education programs and initiatives that incorporate intergenerational learning to identify best practices and challenges.<br><br>The research methodology will involve a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative data will be collected through surveys and assessments to measure the effectiveness of intergenerational learning programs in adult education. Qualitative data will be gathered through interviews and focus groups to gain insights into the experiences and perspectives of adult learners, educators, and community members involved in intergenerational learning initiatives.<br><br>The findings of this research will contribute to the existing knowledge on the role of adult education in promoting intergenerational learning.
