Adult learners enrolled in various adult education programs will be selected as participants, and their health-related behaviors, self-perceived health status, and well-being will be assessed. Additionally, qualitative interviews will be conducted to explore the experiences and perspectives of adult learners regarding the impact of education on their health and well-being.<br><br>The research will focus on various dimensions of health and well-being, including physical health, mental health, social connectedness, and personal development.
