Telehealth has emerged as a transformative approach in healthcare delivery, offering potential benefits in improving access to care and enhancing patient outcomes. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient care in a rural community setting, focusing on understanding the effectiveness, challenges, and opportunities associated with implementing telehealth services. The study aims to provide insights into how telehealth interventions can address healthcare disparities and improve the quality of care for rural populations. The research begins with an introduction that sets the context for the study, highlighting the growing importance of telehealth in healthcare delivery.
