Telehealth has emerged as a transformative tool in healthcare, offering new ways to deliver care remotely. This systematic review explores the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home health care settings. The study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of telehealth interventions on various aspects of patient outcomes, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and health-related quality of life. The systematic review begins with a thorough examination of existing literature on telehealth in home health care, highlighting the background of the study and the rationale for investigating this topic. The problem statement emphasizes the need to evaluate the outcomes of telehealth interventions to guide future implementation strategies and improve patient care delivery. The objectives of the study are to assess the effectiveness of telehealth interventions on patient outcomes, identify key factors influencing the success of telehealth programs, and explore potential limitations and challenges associated with telehealth implementation in home health care settings. The scope of the study encompasses a wide range of telehealth interventions, including remote monitoring, virtual consultations, and telemedicine services.
