Telehealth has emerged as a transformative tool in healthcare delivery, offering new opportunities to improve patient care outcomes, particularly in home health nursing settings. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient care outcomes in the context of home health nursing. The study aims to investigate how telehealth interventions influence patient care quality, efficiency, and satisfaction in home health nursing settings. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the literature on telehealth in nursing, highlighting its benefits and challenges. The methodology section outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in the study. A mixed-methods approach is utilized to gather both quantitative and qualitative data from home health nurses, patients, and healthcare providers. The findings of the study reveal that telehealth interventions have a significant positive impact on patient care outcomes in home health nursing settings. Improved access to care, enhanced communication between patients and healthcare providers, and better management of chronic conditions are among the key benefits identified.
