This thesis investigates the impact of telehealth services on patient outcomes in home health care settings. Telehealth services have emerged as a promising solution to improve access to healthcare services and enhance patient outcomes, particularly in the context of home health care. The study aims to explore the effectiveness of telehealth services in improving patient outcomes, such as health monitoring, medication adherence, and overall quality of care. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on telehealth services in home health care and their impact on patient outcomes. The study will also involve primary data collection through surveys and interviews with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to gain insights into their experiences with telehealth services. The findings of the study will be discussed in detail, highlighting the key benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of telehealth services in home health care. The results will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of telehealth services in improving patient outcomes and inform future strategies for integrating telehealth services into home health care practices.
