Abstract
This thesis explores the impact of virtual reality (VR) simulation on nursing education outcomes. The utilization of VR technology in nursing education has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential to enhance learning experiences and improve clinical skills acquisition among nursing students. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of VR simulation in improving nursing education outcomes, including critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and overall student satisfaction. The research methodology involved in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on the use of VR simulation in nursing education. The literature review covers various aspects of VR technology, including its advantages, challenges, and potential applications in nursing education. Additionally, a mixed-methods approach will be utilized to collect data, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The study participants will include nursing students from different educational levels, as well as nursing educators with experience in VR simulation. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of VR simulation as a teaching tool in nursing education.
