Abstract
This thesis investigates the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on stress reduction in nursing students. Stress is a prevalent issue among nursing students, affecting their mental health, academic performance, and overall well-being. Mindfulness-based interventions have gained attention as a promising approach to addressing stress in various populations, including healthcare professionals. However, limited research has focused specifically on the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions in reducing stress among nursing students. This study aims to fill this gap by examining the impact of such interventions on stress reduction in nursing students. The research will be guided by a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to provide a comprehensive understanding of the experiences and outcomes of nursing students participating in mindfulness-based interventions.
