This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care settings. Telehealth, the use of technology to deliver healthcare remotely, has gained significant attention in recent years for its potential to improve access to care, enhance patient outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs. Home care settings present a unique environment for the implementation of telehealth services, as they cater to patients who require ongoing monitoring and support outside traditional healthcare facilities. This study aims to investigate how telehealth interventions influence patient outcomes in home care settings, with a focus on areas such as patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and healthcare utilization. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to examine existing evidence on the impact of telehealth in home care settings. The review encompasses studies that explore various telehealth modalities, such as remote monitoring, teleconsultation, and telecare interventions.
