Telehealth has emerged as a transformative tool in healthcare delivery, offering new opportunities to enhance patient outcomes and improve access to care. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care nursing. The study investigates how the integration of telehealth technologies in home care nursing practices influences patient health outcomes, satisfaction levels, and overall quality of care. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to examine the existing evidence on telehealth in home care nursing and its effects on patient outcomes. The research methodology includes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of patient data with qualitative interviews with home care nurses and patients.
