Telehealth has emerged as a significant advancement in healthcare delivery, offering opportunities to improve patient outcomes and enhance access to care. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home health care settings. The study aims to investigate how the utilization of telehealth technologies affects patient outcomes, such as health status, quality of life, and healthcare utilization patterns. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the existing literature on telehealth and its implications for patient care. The literature review highlights the potential benefits of telehealth, including improved access to care, enhanced monitoring of chronic conditions, and increased patient engagement. It also discusses the challenges and limitations associated with telehealth implementation, such as technological barriers, privacy concerns, and regulatory issues. The methodology section outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in the study. A mixed-methods approach is utilized, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights from healthcare providers and patients.
