Telehealth has emerged as a promising solution to bridge the gap in healthcare accessibility and delivery, especially in rural communities. This study aims to explore the impact of telehealth on improving patient care outcomes in rural areas. The research investigates the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in addressing healthcare challenges faced by rural communities, such as limited access to specialist care, long travel distances, and healthcare provider shortages. By utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis, this study delves into the perceptions of healthcare providers and patients regarding telehealth services. The literature review highlights the benefits and challenges associated with telehealth implementation in rural settings, providing a comprehensive overview of the existing research in this field. The methodology section outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed to evaluate the impact of telehealth on patient care outcomes. The findings reveal significant improvements in patient satisfaction, access to care, and health outcomes following the implementation of telehealth services in rural communities.
